Overview
The Stabling and Maintenance Facility is designed to hold, service and maintain 13 world-class light rail vehicles. 4M Construction was awarded the FRP and remediation package of the track slabs for this facility.
Scope of works includes:
- Remediation of overpoured slabs
- FRP of new track slabs
- FRP of overhead structure footings
- Grout and Sealant Works
Overview
Redfern Station Upgrade project involves the construction of a new bridge across the platforms with lifts and stairs for each platform. 4M Construction was awarded the FRP package of all major concrete structures as well as civil concrete works.
Scope of works includes:
- Hoarding Works on Platforms
- Design and construct temporary falsework.
- FRP of Bridge Pile caps
- FRP of Lift Pits
- FRP Columns
- FRP and installation of Bridge Structure precast elements
- Installation of Pre-Cast planks
- Civil works (Kerbs & Gutters, Pavements, Stormwater Pits)
- Grout and Sealant works
Overview
4M construction was awarded the FRP package to precast and install a bridge spanning across the platforms. The contract also included FRP of pile caps, lift shafts and civil works.

Overview
4M Construction was awarded the FRP package of these which included constructing instiu lift shafts, stairs, ramps, suspended slabs and footings. Nearby Roads were reworked which included construction of new footpaths, bicycle ramps and kerb and gutters.

Overview
Waterfall Station upgrade consisted of extending the existing platform. This constitutes in constructing new stairs and installing over 200 units of precast during possession weekends.

Overview
Kellyville Pedestrian Bridge involved constructing a curvaceous bridge with multiple accesses. 4M Construction was awarded this FRP package which involved constructing the instiu bridge from ground up.
